This tour begins at 08:00 at the local market; then browse the stalls inside the market, watching the vendors peddle their wares and shoppers bargain for the freshest goods. From the market side, we can also admire the beauty of the Pink Church on the opposite side too.

Then step on the main street in the city hall from the French period to glimpse the colonial architecture buildings: the Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Saigon, the Opera House, the Hotel Continental Saigon, and the CIA building.

As part of the tour, we will have a chance to discover the secrets behind three tantalising Vietnamese coffees through the coffee class. From the beloved classic coffee  “Bạc Xỉu” or “Cà Phê Muối,” and culminating in our own creation, the “Phin Con Panna”—a” rich fusion of yogurt and Lacàph Raw Coffee Blossom Honey — this journey will excite your taste buds and offer a glimpse into the future of Vietnamese coffee

The next stop is Dan Sinh Market, a well-known hub for mechanical equipment in District 1. Strolling into it, take a moment to browse the selection of second-hand goods in here. We conclude the tour at a local Chinese temple, step inside to have a look at its beauty, and keep peace with our soul.
