One Night In Saigon

The tour begins at 7:15. Meet with our local guide at the front entrance of the Opera House and transfer by taxi to the first culinary stop; this spot will help you feel the old Saigon space at Mother In’s Kitchen restaurant. Here, guests will enjoy spring rolls and beef rice paper rolls and taste different types of dipping sauces, especially fish sauce in Vietnamese culinary culture

Next destination, diners will feel the atmosphere of drinking beer sitting on the sidewalk to “nhậu,” like the way Saigon people like to sit on the open spaces to chill with a few dishes and watch the streets and people passing by on the road.

Then, we’ll visit a craft beer paradise in Saigon, where you can enjoy unique beers made with local fruits like passion fruit and rambutan. Each brew offers a true taste of the city’s beer culture, with clearly marked flavours and strengths.

After that, we keep wandering on Nguyen Hue Street to feel the vibrant atmosphere of the largest walking street in Saigon. We cap off the night at the rooftop of the Rex Hotel, one of the rooftop bars with the best views in Saigon. Chill with a cocktail, seeing a colourful Saigon at night. Finally, your local guide will be with you back to your hotel by taxi.
